Hello and Welcome to Arcane Exiles. We are a social guild for Druids, Paladins, and Shaman who just want to play for fun, but at the same time wish to go on raids at higher levels. We only allow the Hybrid classes into the guild to help with balance at higher levels. Since each of the Hybrid classes can DPS, Tank, Heal, and Rez, there is a very small chance for the raid to die. As long as one character is left, everyone can be rezzed, and in the case of Paladins and Shaman, they can even self rez after they die, while Druids can rez in battle. This also makes it easier to find players of the role you need at higher levels.
